About, Bylaws, Other Information

Theocracy is neither a Religion nor is it a Political Movement, it is a dangerous Philosophy to all

Whether you are a Moderate {insert Politics} or Moderate {insert Faith}, or Indepenent Atheist, no matter what Country you are from; there is a common danger, a common bond shared by all in this Group, against a Philosophy lethal to any life that is or wish's to be ruled by Free Choice - Theocracy

The Group aims to highlight the theocratic proposals or changes to a society's core beliefs and culture, in any Country. Two examples, by far exclusively, are the extreme elements of Christianity and Islam, seeking to change the Host Society(s), to conform to a theologically driven set of values from The Bible and The Qu'ran, in every aspect of daily life, culture and law.

In this way it is hoped a reference point is created where the numerous changes, in of themselves small, can be put in perspective as part of a much larger and potentially dangerous movement. These small changes are all part of a Theocratic movements method of imposing Change. It comes from the bottom up. To abuse Obama's famous phrase:

"Change comes to {insert Capital City}, not from {insert Capital City}

Unless these changes are highlighted in one place, the insidious nature of Theocracy is hidden until its either too late, or takes huge effort to expunge its previous Changes to the Host Society. Thus without realising it, Host Societies wake up one day to find themselves in the grip of a society they neither wanted or voted for, with few options to reverse the trends.

Being a part of the Group you are suspending traditional Political and Religious Rivalry. This is not about Left V Right, or one Religion dominating the other, or any of those stances being seen to be "the correct choice". Its about respecting our differences - inside the group - and help each other using our own backgrounds to highlight where the Theocratic excesses exist. Only in this way do we ensure that the common "enemy" (Theocracy) is expunged, and we can all get back to yelling at each other :)

Its about keeping hold of the lifestyle we each voted and/or fought for - whatever that society or religious belief maybe, and saying to the extremist "not here you dont, sod off" (!)

Moderate Apathy is a Theocrat's Best Friend, Moderate Activism is a Theocrats worst enemy. Be part of the latter, not the former and help each other highlight this Theocratic rubbish no matter your personal political or religious background.

The day an alledged Christian Theocrat, in the US, state clearly, and unequivocally,

1. They do not celebrate Christian nationalism, they do not believe that the United States once was, and should once again be, a uniquely Christian nation.

2. They do not promote religious supremacy, and they do respect the equality of other religions, or even other versions of Christianity, whose principles in all cases should remain separate from and not a part of the American Constitution and American civil and criminal law..

3. They do not endorse Theocratic Visions as a basis for American Culture, and not believe that the Ten Commandments, or "biblical law," should be the foundation of American law,

4. They do not believe that the U.S. Constitution should be seen as a vehicle for implementing Biblical principles.

5. They agree that Creationism is not the correct descriptive terminology, and would be better described as "Intelligent Design", indicating the wise Guiding hand of God, rather than the allegory, which has no literal truth, in the Old Testiment (Genisis 1:28 ]King James Version]):

"And God blessed [ Adam and Eve ] and God said unto them, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."

.... then that will be the day others might start to believe they are not Theocrats.

Until that day, to claim otherwise is at best strange. Similar principle exists in any Country for any Religion, just rewrite the above with the appropriate Theology espoused by the Extreme elements of the Theocratic version of the Faith in question.
